- How is Verbial priced?
- Per workspace, per month or per year, with a number of seats included in each plan and a per-seat price beyond that. Add-ons (CRM, client reporting, profitability, API and Claude access, white label, extra brands) are monthly line items you can switch on and off. Prices are listed in USD on this page.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan covers time tracking, projects, proposals, invoicing and the client portal for up to two people, with no card and no time limit. Upgrade from Settings → Account whenever you outgrow it.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every paid plan starts on a free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, you choose a plan or switch to Free. Nothing is deleted while you decide.
- What counts as a seat?
- An active person in your workspace. Archived people do not count, and the billed quantity follows your roster automatically.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated on the next invoice, and add-ons the new plan already includes are dropped from the bill automatically.
- What does Enterprise add?
- Unlimited brands, higher ceilings, a dedicated region for your database, security review support and a contract. It is sold by conversation rather than self-serve checkout.
